This includes your name, email address, optional WhatsApp number, and related payment reference identifiers when purchasing premium subscriptions. We also record your voice during "Speaking" mock tests exclusively for server-side AI evaluation.

• To score and evaluate your customized PTE mock exams.
• To notify you about subscription updates, account invoices, and new practice modules.
• To attribute analytics conversions accurately to optimize our platform operations.

3. Data Security & Audio Storage

We implement strict security measures to protect your personal and payment details. All temporary audio recordings (for speaking evaluation) are processed securely. Account passwords are encrypted using industry-standard bcrypt hashes.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or unfairly share your personal identification information with external parties. We use heavily encrypted third-party services like Meta Conversions APIs strictly for internal reporting and analytical deduplication.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Our platform uses standard browser cookies (such as tracking browser IDs) to maintain user authentication sessions and help us gather broad demographic traffic metrics. You may disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the student portal will cease to function correctly.

6. Your Data Rights

You hold the right to request a complete deletion of your account and associated personal data at any point. Contact our support team, and we will purge your details from our active database.
