By accessing and using PTE VERSE ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must perfectly refrain from using our platform and services.

2. Description of Service

PTE VERSE provides AI-powered scoring engines, practice materials, and mock tests specifically designed to assist students in preparing for the Pearson Test of English (PTE). We do not guarantee specific scores or outcomes on the actual examination.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

  • You must provide accurate information when registering your account.
  • Your premium subscription provides access to strictly secured practice materials and the AI scoring platform.
  • Account credentials cannot be shared. Any suspicious simultaneous logins may result in account termination without a refund.

4. Refund Policy

Because our service provides immediate access to digital proprietary mock tests and AI evaluations, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds once an account upgrade has been successfully completed and accessed.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, interface designs, mock questions, and structural methodologies provided within PTE VERSE are the intellectual property of PTE VERSE. You are strictly prohibited from copying, scraping, reproducing, or reselling any content available on this platform.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime, our servers and AI systems may undergo periodic maintenance. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.
